Metadynea GmbH Series

This series includes products from a global manufacturer of flame retardants- Metadynea®, of which we are official distributor in Poland. Those products are innovative FRs, which does not contain halogenated derivatives and antimony trioxide based additives. The series of these products is a new generation of products safe for health and environmentally friendly.


Sacoflam 47101

Effective flame retardant compound, which reduces flammability and smoke formation during combustion of plastics. Works in gaseous phase efficiently prevents from fire propagation. Stable up to 200 °C.  Appearance: White flakes.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Polyester and epoxy systems (as a semi-product)
  • Other uses: ABS, Extruded and solid polyurethanes, Polyamides, electric products


Sacoflam 47201

Compound with similar effect to Sacoflam 47101, but which has different physicochemical properties. This product is stable in higher processing temperature, even up to 250 °C.   Appearance: Yellowish light opaque liquid.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Polyesters
  • Epoxy systems
  • Polyurethanes PUR


Sacoflam 47104

Flame retardant used especially in intumescent systems due to increased stability in system. Works synergistically with other FRs based on phosphorus. It has good thermal stability and is dedicated to solutions with high processing temperature up to 450 °C. Appearance: Cream-White powder.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Polymeric contructive materials - works synergistically with other flame retardants with high processing temperature


Sacoflam 47103

Effective compound, which reduces flammability and hazardous smoke formation in pyrolysis of plastics. Works in gaseous phase preventing from flame propagation. Stable up to 200 °C. Due to higher content of nitrogen product is more effective in reducing flame in case of plastics burning.  Appearance: Chalk-White powder.  

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Polyolefins
  • Thermosetting plastics


Sacoflam 31107

Effective compound, which prevents from spreading of fire due to synergistic working in intumescent systems. It is stable in temperatures up to 230  °C. Appearance: White powder.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Intumescent systems


Sacoflam 31101

Innovative product, which prevents from spreading the fire. Works as self-intumescent system very effectively forming a char on the surface of burning material. Does not need any additives. Stable up to 230 °C. Appearance: White to yellowish powder.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Polyolefins
  • Thermosetting plastics


Sacoflam 31105

Effective compound, which prevents from spreading of fire due to synergistic working in intumescent systems. It is stable in temperatures up to 200 °C. Appearance: White powder.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Intumescent systems


Sacoflam 31201

Halogen free flame retardant water system used as additional source of phosphorus in intumescent systems. Appearance: Clear to yellowish liquid.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:

  • Intumescent systems


Sacoflam 31240

A flame retardant completely soluble in water, what extends its possible applications. Used in intumescent systems as a phosphorus-containing synergist. Stable up to 200 °C.   Appearance: Clear to yellowish liquid.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Bright materials, textiles, coatings where neutral pH is required


Sacoflam 31241

A flame retardant completely soluble in water, what extends its possible applications. Used in intumescent systems as a phosphorus-containing synergist. Contains higher phosphorus concentration. Stable up to 200 °C.   Appearance: Clear to yellowish liquid.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:
  • Bright materials, textiles, coatings where neutral pH is required



NP

Halogen-free „self-intumescent” system, which does not require any synergist addition. Grinded version with high thermal stability up to 220 0C.

APPLICATION - flammability reduction in:  

  • Polyolefins (PP, LDPE, HDPE) and their copolymers 
  • Paints and coatings
  • Adhesives, sealants and mastics in building and construction
